The Pro 1000 series valves were designed with the world’s water treatment professional in mind, and incorporate many features that are a direct result of feedback from customers. AquaTek's Pro 1000 line of Automatic valves are a state-of-the-art control valve designed for residential and lite commercial filtration systems. Great for applications requiring flow rates up to 27 GPM (6.1 m3/hr) and has a backwash ability capable of servicing up to 22" diameter filter media tanks. The Pro 1000 valve acts as a primary center that directs and regulates all cycles of water either in water softener or filtration applications. It can be set to perform down-flow regeneration or simply backwash and rinse. The valve comes in different program versions and is controlled by a solid state microprocessor with front panel setting and screen display. The Pro 1000 line of control valves has 9 injector sizes to choose from for different draw rates to further customize the filter system to any water quality filter demand and a variety of valve configurations are available with additional features. This versatile electronic control valve line features a solid state microprocessor available in 1" and 1-1/4". 12 volt AC adapter provides safe operation for the reliable and proven DC drive motor.

AquaTek's Solar Powered Pro 1000 valve works where electrical power is unreliable or nonexistent. A solar panel or AC adapter recharges 6 "AA" rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride Batteries. The Control Board can be programmed for automatic variable reserve based on water usage history for high efficiency water use. Solar Powered units are available on 1”, 1.25”, 1.5” and 2 inch control valves with service flow rates from 27 to 125 gpm and backwash rates from 27 to 85 gpm. Four methods to initiate regeneration: meter immediate, meter delayed, time clock delayed or pressure differential. Optional double backwash feature offers optimum regeneration, cleaning ability and efficiency. Post treated water regenerant refill. This new solar-powered valve is an extremely efficient control valve that can be used for softener or filter applications with AquaTek's Pro 1000 through 2000 valves, providing service flow rates up to 125 gpm without the need for electricity.

Control Valve features: • Up to six fully adjustable cycles • Flow rates to 27 gpm • Operating pressure to 125 psi, Operating temperatures to 110ºF • Metered (D.I.R.) or timed regeneration • System reset totalizer to 9.99 million gallons with alarm capabilities • Relay trip capable at adjustable gallon volumes or time settings • Variable regeneration cycle timed output • Relay can signal modem or call device.
All Control Valves must be purchased with a completed softener or filter system however, Controls may be purchased as a Field Replacement or to retrofit existing equipment only.
Pro 1010 series - 1" Time Clock Valve
The AquaTek Pro 1010 series - 1" Time Clock Valve features 10 selectable pre-programmed regeneration cycles with two calendar options;1 - 99 days between regeneration or 7 days. A double backwash feature is available. The computer processor, stores system configuration and operation date in non-volatile memory. Post treated water brine tank refill. Front panel display and down-flow regeneration.

Pro 1020 series - 1" Electronic Program Valve
The AquaTek Pro 1020 series - 1" Electronic Program Valve is a control valve equipped with an electronic control board which, offers 66 pre-programmed regeneration cycles with up-flow or down-flow regeneration capabilities and pre or post treated water regenerant refill. A coin cell lithium battery provides back-up with an 8 hour carry over.

Pro 1030 series - 1” Electronic Program Valve
The AquaTek Pro 1030 series - 1” Electronic Program valves are equipped with an electronic control board that has a 6-cycle controls with fully adjustable cycle times, delivering controlled backwash, down-flow brining / slow rinse, second backwash, fast rinse, refill and down-flow service. Treated water brine tank refill. Four methods to initiate regeneration; meter immediate, meter delayed, time clock delayed or pressure differential.This valve has a front panel display with totalizer and coin cell lithium battery provides back-up with an 8 hour carry over.
