These control valves are equipped with an electronic control board that has a 6-cycle controls with fully adjustable cycle times delivering controlled backwash, down-flow brining / slow rinse, second backwash, fast rinse, refill and down-flow service with flow rates of 34 gpm and backwash capabilities of 32 gpm. Four methods to initiate regeneration; meter immediate, meter delayed, time clock delayed or pressure differential. A coin cell lithium battery offers back-up with a 8 hour carry over. The 12-volt output AC adapter provides safe and easy installation. Reliable and proven DC drive. Economical stainless steel optional meter assembly.
The Pro 1400 series valves were designed with the world’s water treatment professional in mind, and incorporate many features that are a direct result of feedback from customers. AquaTek's Pro 1400 line of Automatic valves are a state-of-the-art control valve designed for residential and lite commercial applications requiring flow rates up to 27 GPM (6.1 m3/hr) and has a backwash ability capable of servicing up to 22" diameter filter media tanks. The valve acts as a primary center that directs and regulates all cycles of water either in water softener or filtration applications. It can be set to perform down-flow regeneration or simply backwash and rinse. The valve comes in different program versions and is controlled by a solid state microprocessor with front panel setting and screen display. The Pro 1400 line of control valves has 9 injector sizes to choose from for different draw rates to further customize the filter system to any water quality filter demand and a variety of valve configurations are available with additional features. This versatile electronic control valve line features a solid state microprocessor available in 1" and 1-1/4". 12 volt AC adapter provides safe operation for the reliable and proven DC drive motor.

AquaTek's Solar Powered valve works where electrical power is unreliable or nonexistent. A solar panel or AC adapter recharges 6 "AA" rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride Batteries. The Control Board can be programmed for automatic variable reserve based on water usage history for high efficiency water use. Solar Powered units are available on 1”, 1.25”, 1.5” and 2 inch control valves with service flow rates from 27 to 125 gpm and backwash rates from 27 to 85 gpm. Four methods to initiate regeneration: meter immediate, meter delayed, time clock delayed or pressure differential. Optional double backwash feature offers optimum regeneration, cleaning ability and efficiency. Post treated water regenerant refill. This new solar-powered valve is an extremely efficient control valve that can be used for softener or filter applications with AquaTek's Pro 1000 through 2000 valves, providing service flow rates up to 125 gpm without the need for electricity.

All Control Valves must be purchased with a completed softener or filter system however, Controls may be purchased as a Field Replacement or to retrofit existing equipment only.
