AquaTek Pro Line Warranty - AquaTek Pro

AquaTek Pro Water Purification Co. (“AquaTek”) warrants that Pro Line Softener or Filter Control Valves will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five years from date of installation and when installed and operated within AquaTek's recommended parameters and plumbing and any additional plumbing items needed for diagnostics or protection of equipment in consideration of original water test. It is the responsibility of the equipment owner to have incoming source water tested annually to determine if Control Valve program or parameters of equipment or plumbing need to be altered due to a change in incoming water source; to  assure no damage occurs to equipment covered under this warranty.

No warranty is made with respect to defects not reported to AquaTek within the warranty period and/or defects or damages due to neglect, misuse, alterations, accident, misapplication, physical damage, or damage caused by fire, acts of God, freezing or hot water or similar causes. For outdoor installations where the Softener and Filter Control Valves are not under cover, the weather cover must be utilized for the warranty to be valid.

Filtration before any and all Control Valve/'s must be in place to control sediment intrusion into water feeding Control Valve/'s and must be rated 20 micron or better and specified for sediment filtration and  must be at least 2.75” x 10” minimum. Due diligence on the part of the equipment owner must be taken to insure no sediment enters into water feeding Control Valve and is therefore recommended that owner checks sediment filtration every thirty (30) days and wash filter or replace filter if needed. Failure to block sediment entry into Control Valve will void this warranty.

AquaTek's obligation to Purchaser under this Limited Warranty shall be limited and at its option, to replacement or repair of any Softener or Filter Control valve covered by this Limited Warranty. It will be at AquaTek's discretion to repair with appropriate replacement of damaged part or parts or replacement of entire control valve if necessary.

AQUATEK GIVES THIS WARRANTY TO ORIGINAL OWNER OF PURCHASED EQUIPMENT IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER SUCH WARRANTIES. AQUATEK'S LIABILITY HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AQUATEK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE OF ANY KIND, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE CONTROL VALVES OR ANY WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM THE CONTROL VALVE IS INCORPORATED INTO.
