Will filtering my water remove good minerals?

Q: Will filtering my water remove good minerals?

A: Yes and here is why want to do that!

Water is H2O. Everything other than H2O is a contaminant. Yes it is true, your water contains minerals. However, minerals found in city and well water can and will be contaminated by other impurities in the water. The contamination can come from a variety of sources but, most commonly comes from the aging metal pipes which, deliver the water to your home or business. This is called cross contamination. When pipes are brand new there is not too much cross contamination happening. As metal pipes start to age, they start to break down and corrode. Aging pipes can crack and leak and in some cases, will cause the municipality to issue a boil water notice.

Our primary goal and focus is on removing every contaminant from the water. You get your vitamins and minerals form the food you eat or by taking vitamin and mineral supplements. The water you drink should not be considered your source of vitamins or minerals. Look at the photos below and understand why it is important to filter everything out of your water!
